Dr. Kristen Fallert is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has been serving patients across the St. Louis metro area for over 12 years. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Movement Science from Missouri State University and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Long Island University-Brooklyn in 2013.

She specializes in orthopedic physical therapy with advanced training in manual therapy techniques. Her Orthopedic Manual Therapy Certification (COMT) and expertise in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) allow her to deliver hands-on care that gets to the root of your pain, not just the symptoms.

Do I need a referral for physical therapy?

No referral is needed. Missouri allows direct access to physical therapy, which means you can schedule your initial evaluation at Align Physical Therapy without a doctor's referral. Just call (314) 630-2403 or email Kfallert@AlignPTstl.com to book.
Align Physical Therapy is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. This model allows for longer, more focused sessions. HSA cards are accepted, and superbills can be provided for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Initial evaluations are $200 for a 75-minute one-on-one session. Follow-up visits are $185 for 60 minutes. Package discounts are available: 5 sessions at $170 each ($850 total) and 10 sessions at $160 each ($1,600 total).
Dr. Fallert specializes in TMJ dysfunction (jaw pain), cervicogenic headaches, cervicalgia (neck pain), and running injuries. She also treats back pain, shoulder injuries, joint dysfunction, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Monday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The schedule can be flexible, so reach out if you need an appointment before or after regular hours.
